To the best of our knowledge, Crystal Lake is the only gated rental community in all of Wisconsin, quite possibly in the mid-west. This is designed to reduce traffic count and increase security by giving you, our residents, the choice of whom you allow to visit.
QUIET: All party walls are double wall construction, with double soundboards and fiberglass inside. Unlike most of our competitors, we pour 3/4¿ thick gypcrete over the traditional floor sheeting, and use thicker than normal carpets and carpet pads to reduce sound between floors. We even install 6¿ of fiberglass insulation between the floors, to ensure optimal sound reduction.
PLUSH OAK WOOD: All interior doors, trim, moulding and kitchen cabinets are natural oak wood products, stained and sealed for long life protection.
PRIVATE ENTRANCES: No more common halls with other people¿s traffic running past your door, or smelling your neighbor¿s cooking. Your PRIVATE outside door has a combination lock for your own private code, so you won¿t have to worry about losing a key, or past residents keeping a copy of your key.
