Health and Wellness Benefits
We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits to all full-time employees starting on the 1st day of the first full month of employment. The company covers 99% of dental and vision premiums, with the remaining balance being the employee’s responsibility, and also covers 60% of the individual health premium. Additionally, we provide short-term disability coverage, with 100% of the premium paid by the employer, ensuring you are supported in times of need. Paid Time Off and Holidays
At Alliance, we offer Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays to help you recharge and enjoy life outside of work. Employees working 32 hours or more per week are eligible for both PTO and paid holiday time. Holidays are paid if they fall on your regularly scheduled workday. Alliance observes 9 paid holidays throughout the year, in addition to PTO that accrues based on length of service. Retirement
At Alliance, all employees are eligible to participate in our SIMPLE IRA retirement plan starting on the first day of the full month after we receive confirmation of your enrollment with the plan administrator. The company will match up to 3% of your salary. We’ve chosen the SIMPLE IRA because it offers lower plan fees compared to a 401(k), meaning you keep more of your money working for you in the market. Fidelity provides a wide range of low-cost index funds, target-date funds, and other investment options to help you grow your savings.
